By accessing or using Personal Lookbook 4Cut ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
2. Service Description
Personal Lookbook 4Cut is an AI-powered digital service that analyzes your photos and generates lookbook-style 4-cut images. The Service includes:
- •AI-based personal color analysis using uploaded photos
- •AI-generated lookbook-style 4-cut images
- •Downloadable and shareable digital images
Important Notice:
This Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated results are images created through algorithmic analysis and should not be considered professional fashion advice, medical advice, or psychological assessment. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, and other factors.
3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
Our Service does not require account registration. However, by using the Service, you agree and represent that:
- •You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- •You will provide accurate and complete information.
- •You will use this Service only for lawful purposes.
- •You will not attempt to bypass the security features of the Service.
- •You will not use the Service in any manner that could damage or impair the functionality of the Service.
4. User Content and Uploads
4.1 Photo Upload
By uploading photos to our Service, you represent and warrant that:
- •You own the photos or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload them.
- •The photos are of yourself, or you have obtained explicit consent from the person depicted.
- •The photos do not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
4.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
- •Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or inappropriate content
- •Depicts minors without appropriate parental consent
- •Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- •Impersonates another person or misrepresents identity
4.3 License Grant
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the requested Service.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
- •Service fee: $4.99 USD per use
- •Prices may change with prior notice.
- •Taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment processing, global tax collection and remittance, and PCI-DSS compliance. 5.3 Token Validity
Upon payment completion, an access token will be issued. The token allows up to 3 generation attempts in case of failures. Generated images are not stored on our servers - please download your results immediately.
6. Service Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, AI analysis begins automatically. Results are typically generated within 1-3 minutes. Digital delivery is considered complete when results are displayed in your browser.
Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service and the instant consumption of computing resources, the transmission cannot be "returned" once processing has begun.
7. Refund Policy
- •A full refund will be issued if technical defects prevent service delivery.
- •Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for successfully delivered services are limited.
- •Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including original content, features, designs, software, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by Personal Lookbook 4Cut and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Rights to Generated Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. AI-generated lookbook images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may save, download, print, and share results for personal purposes.
8.3 Restrictions
The following activities are not permitted:
- •Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from the Service
- •Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- •Using the Service or its results for commercial purposes without written authorization
- •Accessing the Service using automated systems (scraping, bots, etc.)
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, protect, and process your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Warranties
10.1 "As Is" Provision
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10.2 No Guarantees
We do not warrant or guarantee:
- •That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- •That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- •That AI-generated results will be accurate, reliable, complete, or satisfactory
10.3 Not Professional Advice
The Service does not provide medical, psychological, dermatological, or professional fashion advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related or professional styling decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Personal Lookbook 4Cut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($4.99).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Personal Lookbook 4Cut and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:
- •Your violation of these Terms
- •Your use or misuse of the Service
- •Your infringement of third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
- •Any content you upload or submit to the Service
- •Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are applied constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your use of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
16. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Personal Lookbook 4Cut regarding the Service.
