Important: Polar 60-Day Self-Service Refund

Polar, our payment processor, provides a 60-day self-service refund window. You may request a refund directly through Polar within 60 days of purchase if your order qualifies. Visit your Polar order page to initiate a self-service refund. This is in addition to our refund policy below.

EU Residents: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by initiating AI photo generation, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once generation begins (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If generation has not yet started, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days.

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

✓ Eligible for Refund:

  • Generation fails after 3 automatic retry attempts
  • Technical error prevents delivery of your lookbook
  • Payment was charged but no access token was provided
  • Duplicate payment was accidentally processed

✗ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • You are dissatisfied with the style or aesthetic of the generated lookbook
  • You uploaded a poor-quality or unclear photo
  • Your access token has expired (after 7 days)
  • You changed your mind after receiving your lookbook
  • The lookbook was successfully generated and delivered

2. Automatic Retry System

Our Service includes an automatic retry system to ensure successful generation:

  • 1.If generation fails, the system automatically retries up to 3 times
  • 2.Each retry uses optimized parameters to improve success rate
  • 3.If all 3 retries fail, you are automatically eligible for a full refund

This system ensures you only pay when you receive a successful result.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Review: 1-2 business days to review your refund request

Processing: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval

Payment Method: Refunds are processed through Polar and issued to the original payment method used (credit card, debit card, etc.)

Note: The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are either:

  • Full refund ($4.99): If generation completely failed
  • No refund: If lookbook was successfully generated and delivered

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:

  • Your access to the Service may be suspended
  • We may dispute the chargeback if the service was delivered successfully

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Email Delivery Service

Email delivery of your generated lookbook images is provided as a complimentary supplementary service:

  • Email delivery is an additional convenience feature, not the primary delivery method
  • Your lookbook images are always available for immediate download on-screen after generation
  • If email delivery fails for any reason, your results remain fully accessible on the results page
  • Providing an incorrect email address during Polar checkout is the customer's responsibility
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes

Email delivery failure alone is not grounds for a refund, as the generated lookbook is delivered on-screen regardless of email status.
